Job Description
• Manage commercial retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and reporting requirements
• Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
• Support multiple development projects simultaneously across the portfolio

The Successful Applicant
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong background delivering retail construction projects
• Experience working for a reputable general contractor or retail developer
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
