Accounting Manager – Real Estate Development
land development company looking to add an Accounting Manage r to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with real estate or land development experience who enjoys owning the accounting process while providing financial insight to the business

$120K-$125K + 10% bonus
1 day work from home
95% of benefits paid for

PTO-2 weeks + 2 floating holidays and 9 paid holidays
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Perform cost analysis and monitor project/development costs
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Partner with leadership to support business decisions
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Real estate, land development, or construction industry experience preferred
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and cost accounting skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required
