• Build and optimize automated nurture campaigns that move prospects through the funnel.
• Maintain data hygiene and segmentation within the CRM to support accurate reporting and targeting.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
• Develop and execute lead generation programs across digital, email, events, and referral channels.
• Own the marketing-to-sales pipeline: track lead flow, conversion rates, and funnel performance, and report results to leadership.
• Partner with advisors and business development staff to ensure leads are qualified, followed up on, and converted efficiently.
Strategy & Campaign Design/Implementation
• Develop the firm's annual marketing strategy and calendar, aligned with business growth goals.
• Design, launch, and manage integrated campaigns (email, digital, content, social, and events) from concept through measurement.
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data to continuously improve ROI.
Website Maintenance
• Maintain and update the firm's website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and on-brand.
• Monitor site performance, SEO, and user experience, coordinating with outside developers or vendors as needed.
• Ensure the website integrates cleanly with HubSpot for lead capture and tracking.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, professional services, or another regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform) required.
• Demonstrated success building lead generation programs and managing a marketing pipeline.
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.
• Comfort maintaining and updating a website (CMS platforms such as WordPress; basic HTML/CSS a plus).
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in an individual-contributor capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting results to firm leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance considerations in financial services marketing (e.g., FINRA/SEC-adjacent review processes) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $70,000–$95,000
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to lead generation and pipeline goals.
• Benefits: Employer Paid Health insurance, 401(k) with firm match, generous PTO, and hybrid work flexibility.
