Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead out team at our Sarasota location. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers
• Implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, and cost control
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
• Proven experience, Assistant Manager or SP4 (internal applicants) completion preferred
• Strong business acumen with a track record of managing operations and driving growth
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing market conditions
• Experience with inventory management and logistics
