POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a full-time, local, creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Outreach Manager . The role is to lead and coordinate our marketing, branding, content, and community visibility efforts across all areas of the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will work directly with ownership, staff, and partners to strengthen our brand presence, improve marketing consistency, grow audience engagement, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker, project manager, and brand builder—someone who can bring ideas to life, keep marketing initiatives organized and moving forward, and help tell the story of our business across digital, print, and community channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Branding, Design & Content Marketing
• Lead and maintain our overall brand presentation across all platforms and business divisions
• Create and coordinate marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, newsletters, signage, advertisements, and promotional campaigns
• Manage and grow social media presence with engaging, consistent, and visually strong content
• Coordinate content creation including photography, video, copywriting, and email marketing campaigns
• Help develop and maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, retail, events, and advertising
Digital Marketing & Website Management
• Enhance company websites and digital assets
• Coordinate updates for upcoming events, auctions, promotions, and featured inventory
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns, email outreach, and audience engagement initiatives
• Monitor marketing performance and provide organized reporting on campaign effectiveness and audience growth
Community Outreach & Events
• Support promotion and visibility for gold-buying events, auctions, estate sales, retail shops, and other events
• Coordinate and actively participate in community outreach efforts, partnerships, sponsorships, workshops, events, and local marketing opportunities
• Network, expand, and strengthen relationships with local organizations, media contacts, and community partners such as realtors, estate attorneys, senior living professionals, and others
• Assist with public-facing communications and brand visibility initiatives
Marketing Operations & CRM Support
• Help manage marketing workflows, campaign organization, and customer communication systems
• Support HubSpot CRM organization, lead tracking, and follow-up coordination
• Maintain organized marketing assets, content libraries, and promotional schedules
• Collaborate closely with ownership, operations, staff, and community partners to keep projects moving efficiently and consistently
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Experience in marketing, branding, communications, content creation, or creative business development
• Strong eye for branding, visual presentation, and storytelling
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience managing social media platforms, email marketing, and digital content
• Comfortable coordinating with partners and staff team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems preferred
• Photography, video editing, graphic design, or Canva/Adobe experience is a plus

COMPENSATION
Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and creative skill set.
Full-time position based in Venice, Florida. Must live in the area. This position is a combination of remote work while capturing content in person at events throughout Sarasota and contiguous counties and retail shops in Venice.
