Responsibilities include performing diagnostic CT scans using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images for medical diagnosis and treatment, under the supervision of a Radiologist. Technologists care for patients across all age groups, including neonatal to geriatric.
Qualifications Required Include
• Graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• At least one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, or ARRT advanced certification in CT if less than one year experience.
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R or CT).
• Preferred certifications include ARRT in CT and BLS, with six months of CT experience preferred.
The position operates from 7 am to 7 pm on Friday through Sunday, with a sign-on bonus available.
