If you are looking for a great opportunity to pursue a rewarding career with a company known for quality and big savings, apply today! Job ResponsibilitiesProcessing enrollments, changes, terminations of benefits utilizing HRIS system; Review and resolve error reports from vendorsParticipate in the annual open enrollment processComplete verification requests for HIPP, child support, etc.Creation and maintenance of benefit filesUtilize HRIS System to run benefit reportsParticipate in preparation of coworker communications mailings Job RequirementsPrior experience with benefits administration in a multi-site company, preferredPrior experience processing medical enrollments and changes, preferredKnowledge of using employee self-service portals, preferredSelf-starter, creative problem-solving skills and learning abilityExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers, representatives, and government agenciesComputer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn additional systems used by our benefits divisionAbility to manage multiple tasks throughout the day, excellent time management skillsSchedule: Monday- Friday, 5 hours per day (10 AM- 3 PM preferred) BenefitsAt Boscov's, we value our employees, and that's why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
