Must-Have: Required experience with ventilator management, medicated aerosol treatments, BiPAP management, intubation, ABG draws and analysis.
Description:
The role involves caring for a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
The candidate will manage ventilators and administer medicated aerosol treatments.
Experience in BiPAP management, open heart procedures, intubation, and drawing and analyzing arterial blood gases is essential.
The candidate should also be familiar with CPT, Nitric, and COVID management.
The department operates 24/7 with staffing of 12-16 therapists during the day shift and 10-13 therapists during night shifts.
The candidate will provide services on all floors of the facility including an ICU, open heart unit, NICU, and emergency department.
Required experience with systems including Epic, Servo I, GE, and Hamilton.
Candidates must comply fully to start.
If not compliant in time, the start may be delayed by two weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedules.
Floating within the facility may be required as needed.
The candidate is expected to work major holidays if they fall during the assignment period.
