We're currently adding an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to our growing team.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep HVAC equipment operating efficiently.
• Identify system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs to homeowners.
• Work closely with fellow technicians and office staff to provide timely, high-quality service.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job.
Compensation
• Hourly pay ranging from $30.00-$40.00, depending on experience.
• High-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn $120,000-$130,000 annually through hourly wages and performance incentives.

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
