Compensation: $20-$25/hour
Our client, a growing human services organization, is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a trusted administrative partner. The successful candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organize and maintain electronic files, records, and confidential documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with occasional travel logistics.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentation packets.
• Track action items and follow up on projects to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal departments.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience supporting executives, directors, or senior leadership in an administrative capacity.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing electronic files, records, and document organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
