Responsibilities:
• Establish industry partnership infrastructure by developing and maintaining working relationships with film industry personnel that provide ongoing resources, mentorship opportunities, and employment connections for program participants from underserved communities.
• Promote organizational credibility by developing systems for staff to represent PhilanthroFilms at film industry events and creating protocols for interactions with industry personnel that build the organization's reputation and expand economic opportunity networks for participants.
• Develop industry knowledge systems by establishing processes for monitoring industry-standard techniques and trends through trade reports, professional development resources, and industry analysis, creating knowledge bases that enable staff to deliver relevant training.
• Build curriculum frameworks that accurately reflect current industry standards and workforce needs, providing staff with resources that support program participants' ability to access higher-paying careers and achieve economic mobility.
• Support regional marketing efforts by developing asset material production systems and editing workflows that assist staff in attracting film projects to the region and promoting job creation in rural communities.

Member Duties : -Accumulate a database of all high school and up educational institutions in North and South Georgia -Determine businesses, chamber of commerce, and economic authorities who we need to build / strengthen relationships with -Create community calendars with all film events planned for community -List opportunities for film sites such as: properties available for filming.
