Role Description The Office Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Fleetwood, PA. This role supports daily office operations by handling administrative tasks such as organizing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with basic accounting processes. The Office Associate will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, provide information about inventory and services, and support order processing and scheduling. Additional responsibilities include coordinating communication between internal teams, preparing invoices and receipts, and assisting with data entry related to sales, purchasing, and service jobs. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering professional, courteous service in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills for organizing files, managing schedules, and supporting day-to-day office functions.
