Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Trauma, Night Shift, Weekend Option
This nursing position is based in Athens, GA, with a sign-on bonus available and weekend night shifts (7pm-7am).
Join a 29-bed surgery unit serving surgical, trauma, and medical patients, including GI, vascular, mastectomies, thyroidectomies, maxillofacial procedures, and trauma cases. Patients may have drains, feeding tubes, or multiple injuries but are stabilized for med-surg care.
As a staff nurse, you'll provide comprehensive care, assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs while following organizational policies and maintaining professional growth. Patient ratios vary based on acuity.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, Georgia RN license or multistate license, BLS certification, and eligibility for new graduates. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and hospital experience. Come join a dedicated team focused on patient safety and professional development.
