Manufacturing Manager
A well-respected, privately-held, growing company and leader in thermoforming is looking for a Production Manager for their thin gauge, medical device packaging team in the Reading, PA region. The new Production Leader must have significant experience in thin gauge forming to assist and support training and mentoring the manufacturing team.
Though the role is what you would expect at this scope and level, the Plant Manager is looking for someone that is a team-player than can lead and train without the need for additional coaching. Things are just too busy!
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is highly desired; more than 15 years of experience in lieu of the degree
• Knowledge of and experience in thin gauge thermoforming is a must have!
• Must have 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing is strongly preferred.
