Roles & Responsibilities
:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) administers basic and defined nursing care to assigned patients under the Registered Nurse's (RN) 's direction and supervision. The LPN performs various direct and indirect patient care duties, including administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and IV therapy (if certified). The LPN assists the registered nurse in assessing, planning, and evaluating each level of nursing care throughout the patient's stay
