Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights
This full-time night shift (7pm-7am) nursing position is located in the Med Surg 2: Pulmonary Department, a 12-bed unit on the 6th floor of a new main tower.
The role involves providing high-quality care for patients with respiratory issues, collaborating with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions, and supervising staff during the shift.
Patient ratios vary based on volume and acuity.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, at least one year of hospital experience, a current Georgia RN license, and BLS certification.
Preferred qualifications include additional experience, a bachelor’s degree, and specialty certifications.
A sign-on bonus and specialty differential are available.
