Position Title: Customer Account Coordinator Pay Rate:  $48,300 to $64,400 Category/Shift: Salaried Non-exempt Physical Location: Reading Box Plant100 N Grace StreetReading, PA 19611 The Job You Will Perform: Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program.Estimate cost, change or update orders in company software.Maintain customer files. Update customer, planning, account executive & mill on any issues.Process and check all orders including issuing factory tickets and specification drawings to Planning. Establish and update delivery dates on shipments.Monitor inventory and update Planning on customer needs.Issue purchase orders from the company software system, check receivers for tooling vs. purchase orders, update receivers with accounting, update inventory.Stay on task while dealing with interruptions and scheduling changes.Other duties and accountabilities as assigned. The Skills You Will Bring: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years related experience and/or training; 4 One (1) or more years previous customer service experience, office training or work, or related experience preferred Effectively and accurately use communications.
