Job Summary: Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Shift LPN to join our team at Complete Care at Berkshire in Reading, Pennsylvania. As an Evening Shift LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role: Licensed Practical Nurse
As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients in our long-term care facility, with a focus on evening shifts. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. You will also assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients.
Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse
• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and treatment administration
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Document patient care and progress in medical records
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
