Kitchen Manager – Brand New Restaurant Opening!
Our client is opening a brand-new restaurant and is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to build and lead a successful back-of-house team from day one.
If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, this is an outstanding opportunity to make your mark with a growing organization.
What You'll Do
• Lead all daily kitchen operations
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and food costs
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while delivering an exceptional guest experience
What We're Looking For
• Previous Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef leadership experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a strong plus
