Job Description • Plan, oversee, and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and resolve project-related issues.
• Develop risk management strategies and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Review project deliverables to guarantee quality and adherence to specifications.

The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have:
• Experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the commercial, retail, and mutifamily industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders
