Site Development Project Manager position focused on managing site development, construction close-out, field coordination, and engineering coordination for multiple projects.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, surveying, and/or land development
• Driver’s license required
• Experience managing site development activities
• Experience managing construction close-out activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with Bluebeam
Preferred Skills
• Professional Engineering Licensure
• Experience with AutoDesk
• Experience with BIM360
• Experience coordinating construction field teams and engineering teams
• Experience managing multiple site development, construction, civil engineering, surveying, or land development projects
Job Responsibilities
• Manage site development phases for multiple projects
• Manage construction close-out phases for multiple projects
• Coordinate with construction teams in the field
• Coordinate with engineering teams during project execution
• Support timely construction and completion of assigned projects
• Track project progress through site development and close-out phases
• Review project documentation, drawings, field updates, and construction close-out information
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam to support project coordination and documentation
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
