Job Description
The Superintendent will report to senior leadership and oversee on-site operations for ground-up construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead all field operations from preconstruction through project completion
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and job site personnel
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Drive project schedules and proactively mitigate delays
• Coordinate with project management and clients to ensure expectations are met
• Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction
• Provide clear reporting and communication to leadership

The Successful Applicant
For The Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
• Proven ability to "hit the ground running" with minimal ramp-up time
• Experience across mixed commercial sectors (multifamily and/or municipal projects highly preferred)
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel regionally as needed for project work
• Based locally or willing to be located within the Southeast regio
