RN - MedSurg, Nights
Seeking an energetic RN for a full-time night shift (7pm-7am) in the Med Surg Department in Athens, GA, with a sign-on bonus available.
Join a 30-bed unit providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients with various illnesses and comorbidities, including overflow from specialty units such as Surgery, Pulmonary, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Orthopedics.
The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, coordinating activities with team members, and maintaining professional standards. Patient ratios vary based on volume and acuity.
Qualifications include a diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred), RN licensure in Georgia, BLS certification, and no experience required—new graduates are welcome. Preferred experience includes hospital nursing, with opportunities for advanced specialty certifications.
