Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and proficient General Laborer to complete delegated tasks and manage scrap effectively. This hands-on role involves the proper receipt of materials, inventory handling, storage, and production of quality products while ensuring compliance with all legal and safety procedures. The position works closely with the Material Handler and Raw Materials Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Complete assigned tasks with dedication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle and manage scrap materials efficiently.
• Receive materials properly and ensure accurate inventory handling.
• Store materials appropriately and produce quality products.
• Adhere to all legal and safety procedures during operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Material Handler and Raw Materials Coordinator.
Essential Skills • Experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing.
• 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Familiarity with production lines and material handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with plastic manufacturing.
• Experience in general labor, replenishments, unloading, and loading.

Work Environment
Work as part of a team running a production line. The company operates 24/7 across three buildings with 270 internal employees. As the company grows and adds new production lines, you will have opportunities to expand your responsibilities and contribute to our thriving team.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
