Role Description
CDL Labor Logistics is seeking qualified candidates for placement in a full-time, on-site Dispatcher position with a client in Bethel, PA.
The Dispatcher will coordinate driver schedules, assign routes, monitor deliveries, communicate with drivers and customers, update shipment information, and resolve scheduling or delivery issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation and supporting safe, efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
• Previous dispatch, logistics, trucking, or transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple drivers, routes, and deadlines
• Comfortable using dispatch software, email, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CDL operations, DOT regulations, or compliance is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time on-site in Bethel, PA
