Position Summary A Time to Remember LLC is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Activities Coordinator to join our Adult Day Program team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading meaningful daily activities that promote independence, community inclusion, socialization, creativity, and personal growth while ensuring each participant’s individual needs, goals, and interests are met. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging daily activities and community outings Support participants according to their individual needs and abilities Create activities focused on socialization, independence, life skills, and recreation Lead activities such as arts and crafts, music, exercise, games, volunteer opportunities, and life skills training Maintain a fun, energetic, and positive environment throughout the program Encourage participant independence and community inclusion Work closely with DSPs and management to support participant goals and ISP outcomes Assist with documenting activities and participant progress Ensure participant safety and supervision at all times Adapt activities for varying support levels and behavioral needs Build positive relationships with participants, families, staff, and community partners Assist with transportation preparation and community outing coordination when needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred Experience in adult day programs, CPS, recreation, education, or human services preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team Valid driver’s license preferred What We’re Looking For Energetic and engaging Positive and uplifting attitude Compassionate and patient Creative and motivated Dependable and professional Team-oriented Flexible and adaptable Passionate about helping others Able to meet each participant where they are individually Probationary Period All new hires at A Time to Remember LLC are subject to a 90-day probationary period.
