BFW Restorations is seeking an experienced Construction / Site Supervisor to lead residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects throughout the region. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. What You'll Do Lead and supervise restoration and reconstruction crews Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers and subcontractors Manage project schedules, materials, and labor resources Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and company standards Review scopes of work and communicate project expectations to crews Monitor job progress and maintain project documentation Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and vendors Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce safety policies Qualifications 10+ years of construction experience preferred 7+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, or insurance repair experience preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong organizational and communication skills Experience working with subcontractors and trade partners Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment physical What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Referral Bonus Program Company vehicle for qualified candidates Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities within a growing company Why Join BFW Restorations?
