About Zeroes Beverage Zeroes Beverage is a Veteran Owned, American Made premium alcohol beverage company disrupting the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) space. Already in 500+ retail locations and expanding nationally, we’re searching for motivated individuals to help us open doors , establish retail networks , and drive distributor interest and velocity — all while being rewarded for performance, not time. Position Summary As a Retail Ambassador , you are the face of Zeroes in your market. You don’t directly sell alcohol — you open retail accounts , build retailer interest, coordinate with state distributors, and grow brand presence at the point of purchase. When distributors fulfill retailer orders in your activated accounts, you earn commission. It’s that simple. Responsibilities Identify and introduce Zeroes Beverage to new retail locations (c-stores, liquor stores, on-premise venues) Build rapport and maintain relationships with store owners and managers Educate retailers about Zeroes’ product, pricing, and availability through local distributor partners Track new account activations and coordinate with our internal team to facilitate distributor fulfillment Represent the brand at events, tastings (where permitted), and retail visits Meet weekly performance benchmarks during 45-day onboarding ramp What You’ll Need Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working as a 1099 contractor Strong communication and persuasion skills Personal accountability — we don’t manage time, only track results Reliable transportation and smartphone/iPad for in-store visits and CRM tracking Beverage or consumer brand experience is a plus , but not required Compensation Structure Commission-Only : Paid per case moved through distributor-filled retail orders Typical Year 1 Earnings Range : $50,000–$100,000+ (uncapped) 45-Day Performance Ramp : Quota required to continue territory access Bonus potential for multi-store activations and regional growth targets Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Application Question(s): How many years have you worked in roles where your income was commission-based and what products or services were you selling?
