Role Purpose: Responsible for setup, operation, and troubleshooting of robotic cells supporting CNC machining and grinding operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Setup robotic cells, fixtures, tooling, and grinding wheel operations - Load/verify programs and perform job changeovers - Operate robotic/CNC equipment and maintain cycle flow - Troubleshoot alarms, faults, and downtime causes - Monitor grinding performance and wheel condition - Perform inspections using micrometers and gauges - Adjust offsets, tooling, and parameters as needed - Maintain equipment and clean work area - Follow safety procedures and report issues Required Skills: - Manufacturing/machine shop experience - Setup and troubleshooting ability - Ability to read prints and instructions - Micrometer use for tight tolerances - Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills Preferred: - Experience with robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, etc.) - Experience with Universal Robots (UR) cobots - CNC setup experience - Grinding experience - Forklift certification Physical Requirements: Standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive motion Performance Expectations: Efficient setups, minimal downtime, consistent quality, safe operation Shop Expectations: Own the process, verify quality, keep machines running, communicate issues Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
