In this vital role, you will deliver personalized assistance in clients’ homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment Monitor patients’ health by observing vital signs, medication adherence, and overall well-being Support clients with memory care needs such as dementia or Alzheimer’s by implementing care plans and ensuring safety Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to assist with heavy lifting or transfers safely Document care activities accurately while respecting HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Engage in patient observation and communicate any concerns or changes in condition to healthcare professionals Skills Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs assessment Familiarity with Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare teams Experience with medication reminders and care plans is highly desirable Join our team as a dedicated In Home Caregiver—where your compassionate support helps individuals thrive in the comfort of their own homes!
