Job Summary: We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Assemblers to join our team in Alburtis, PA . This is a physically demanding position ideal for individuals who are comfortable working on their feet all day and performing heavy, hands-on work. All assembler roles involve building key components for tractor trailers , including axles, exhaust, and suspension systems. Sit-Down Forklift operators are welcome to apply!! First shift: 5:00Am to 1:30PM Second Shift: 3:00PM to 11:30PM Overtime is available!! Key Responsibilities: Assemble axles, exhaust, and suspension components for tractor trailers Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly guidelines Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency Lift, move, and handle materials and components weighing up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Job Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Must be able to stand and be on your feet all day Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment English is required (must be able to understand instructions and communicate effectively) Strong attendance and reliability Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Work Environment: Physical manufacturing/production setting Repetitive motion, standing, and heavy lifting required Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Application Question(s): Are you able to lift 40-50 pounds?
