Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine measurements and machining requirements. Perform routine quality checks using gauges, calipers, and measuring tools. Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all company safety procedures. CNC Operator Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 1–2+ years of experience operating CNC or production machinery. Strong understanding of machine operation, setup, and basic maintenance. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as gauges and calipers.
