RPI-Company, a growing contractor specializing in multi-family and commercial property maintenance and construction, is seeking a Construction Foreman to work on a variety of projects including but not limited to renovations, rough and finish carpentry, flooring installation, demolition, concrete flatwork and other tasks. This position includes a company vehicle. Primary Duties Include: Kitchen remodels and upgrades involving the removal and installation of cabinetry and counter tops Intermediate rough and finish carpentry, including the safe and proper usage of hand and power tools Wreck out of existing concrete and concrete pouring and finishing Wallboard installation, finish coating, and repairs Installation of trim work according to design specifications Wreck out and construction of wooden and composite decks Installation of electrical fixtures, doors, appliances and other finishing products Please reply with your qualifications & contact information for consideration.
