Bravo Site Works, LLC is seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager to support our growing Power and Fiber divisions. This position is responsible for managing projects from award through closeout, coordinating with field crews, customers, utility providers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage multiple underground utilty electrical & communication fiber projects simultaneously Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate permits, utility clearances, inspections, and locates Track project costs, production, and profitability Review and approve field reports and production quantities Manage piece-rate/production-based payout system Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Coordinate material procurement and vendor deliveries Prepare billing and assist with project closeout documentation Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and office staff to maintain project schedules Utilize Monday.com and Excel to track project progress and reporting Preferred Qualifications Experience in underground utilities, electrical, power, telecom, or fiber construction Strong understanding of project management and construction operations Experience with piece-rate or production-based compensation environments preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with change orders, billing, and project financial tracking preferred What We’re Looking For Self-motivated and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with both field and office personnel Able to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion Construction project management experience preferred Pay: From $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Dental insurance Fuel card Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Project management: 2 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: DL (Required) OSHA 30 (Required) Work Location: In person
