Seidel Hyundai is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Reading, PA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, efficiently managing service appointments and ensuring a seamless and positive experience from scheduling to completion. You will collaborate closely with our service department to optimize workflow and support customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage incoming service appointment requests via phone, email, and in-person. Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of service resources. Maintain accurate appointment records and update customer information in the dealership management system. Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-ups. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent repairs. Assist in promoting service specials and upselling relevant maintenance services. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience at Seidel Hyundai. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in an automotive service environment or customer service role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
