Maintenance Technician Maintains and repairs plant mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in a metal casting/manufacturing environment. Reports to the Maintenance Manager, no direct reports. What You'll Do Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment including mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, magnetic, optic, and sonic components Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns to keep production running Coordinate with department heads and outside suppliers to resolve plant maintenance issues Work safely and help maintain a strong safety culture on the floor What You Need 5+ years of maintenance experience on plant mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic equipment Experience with voltmeters, gauges, thermocouples, and PLCs HVAC experience 480V/3-phase electrical circuitry experience Forklift and personnel lift operation/repair experience Knowledge of boilers and pressurized equipment Knowledge of metal casting and related manufacturing processes (welding, melting, finishing) is a plus Physical Requirements Frequent walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Must be able to stand or walk up to 12 hours per shift.
