Stump Truck Driver– No CDL Required Full-time, 1st Shift, 5 days per week with 2 rotating days off Location: Giorgi Mushroom Co. 1161 Park Road Rear, Blandon, PA 19605. Job Description: As a Stump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the collection, transport, and disposal of mushroom waste generated in production areas. This role is essential to maintaining clean, safe, and efficient operations. We are looking for individuals who are responsible, safety-focused, and willing to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Remove all containers with mushroom waste from the growing room aisles and load them onto the truck. Return empty containers to the designated areas. Transport waste materials to the assigned composting area. Unload and place waste in the designated location. Keep work areas clean by removing any spilled material in aisles, loading platforms, or around the truck. Operate the truck safely and efficiently at all times. Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift. Immediately report any unsafe conditions, equipment damage, or maintenance needs. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow operations. Requirements and Skills: Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (Non-CDL). Previous experience operating trucks with manual transmissions Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in humid environments with typical agricultural odors and varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and repeatedly climb in and out of the truck throughout the shift. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail to ensure proper handling of waste materials. Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and workplace safety. Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, push, pull, and operate equipment for extended periods.
