Nurse Practitioner — Integrative & Functional Medicine (Outpatient · No Weekends) Blue Mountain Wellness is a functional medicine clinic focused on getting to the root of complex, chronic problems — not just managing symptoms. We work with patients other practices have run out of answers for: tick-borne and chronic inflammatory illness, hormone and metabolic dysfunction, persistent fatigue, and more — using advanced lab testing, IV therapy, and integrative protocols. We're looking for an NP who actually wants to practice this kind of medicine — with time to think through cases, room to grow into new modalities, and a small team that takes this work seriously. What you'll do Run patient visits and build personalized, root-cause treatment plans alongside our provider and RN Start and manage IV therapy Perform trigger point therapy and joint injections Carry patients through complex chronic conditions with real follow-through over time What we'll train you on (no prior experience needed) Hormone optimization (men's and women's) GLP-1 / metabolic weight programs PRP and regenerative therapies Allergy immunotherapy Who you are Active (or eligible) PA Nurse Practitioner license — FNP or AGNP Comfortable with IVs and injections, or motivated to get there quickly Genuinely drawn to integrative/functional medicine, not just curious about it Steady, organized, and good at building long-term relationships with patients Strong new grads with the right mindset are welcome to apply Schedule (no weekends, no call)Mon 8–6 · Tue 3–7 · Wed 8–6 · Thu 8–6 · Fri 9–1 Compensation & benefits $55–$75/hr, based on experience and procedure skill Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time 401(k) with matching Paid time off Employee discount on services When applying, send us a message and tell us in a sentence or two why integrative medicine — not just that you can do the job.
