Join the Team at Axcess Industries Axcess Industries is looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Service Plumber to support our growing service division. We are looking for someone with strong plumbing knowledge, leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and solid computer proficiency who can help keep operations running efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Position Summary The Service Plumber will go to customer job sites. This position is responsible for quoting jobs and plumbing service work in the field. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, with hands-on plumbing work. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and respond to emails professionally Navigate customer portals and service platforms Travel to customer locations to review and quote jobs Assist technicians in the field when additional support is needed Fill in for technicians during vacations or absences Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls Coordinate with Industrial, Electrical, and Inspections divisions as needed Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Participate in company training and safety programs Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and field personnel Provide leadership, direction, and support to the service team Qualifications Strong plumbing service experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently Valid driver’s license required Ability to pull trailers is a plus Ability to use hand and power tools safely Must live within driving distance of Fleetwood, PA Working Conditions Field service work Travel to customer locations as needed Work in commercial, retail, and manufacturing environments Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and climb ladders safely Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 3% Match Company truck Dental insurance Fuel card Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
