Position Summary We are searching for a Personal Injury Attorney who can independently manage a full caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation. This role requires strong case ownership, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment. Key Responsibilities LitigationCase Handling Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania laws, court rules, and ethical standards Client Management Conduct initial consultations and case evaluations (in-person, virtual, phone) Maintain proactive communication and manage client expectations Provide legal counsel on risk, strategy, and settlement options Case ManagementStrategy Maintain ownership of caseload, deadlines, and case progression Analyze liability, damages, and case value to support decision-making Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to drive efficiency Legal ResearchWriting Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Prepare demand packages and litigation documents Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials Required Qualifications EducationLicensure Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania Active member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar Experience 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience Trial, deposition, and negotiation experience required Experience with motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, or similar cases preferred Skills Strong written and verbal communication Case management and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment Problem-solving and analytical thinking Core Competencies Accountability and ownership of results Time management and prioritization Client-focused mindset Resilience under pressure Goal-oriented and self-motivated Strategic thinking and problem solving Work Environment Fast-paced, deadline-driven legal setting High-volume caseload with shifting priorities Collaborative team environment Occasional travel within Pennsylvania for court and client meetings
