About the Role Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service. Lead and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring food safety, brand standards, and guest satisfaction. Communicate shift goals, delegate tasks, and manage team deployment for smooth workflow. Coach, train, and provide feedback to team members throughout the shift. Handle customer service issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive dining experience. Oversee inventory, cash handling, and adherence to safety and company policies. Coordinate with incoming shift leaders to ensure seamless transitions. Monitor regulatory and policy compliance. Skills: Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality (preferred) Team-oriented, punctual, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Customer-focused with the ability to coach, train, and motivate others Skilled in problem-solving and upholding company standards You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts, not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., Dunkin' Donuts or any of their affiliates.
