Posting Number 2016389T Department Summary THIS IS A GRANT FUNDED POSITION The Programmatic Program Coordinator will support the College of Health Sciences and Professions and the Ohio Alliance for Population Health including state-wide continuing education initiatives. Contribute planning, development, and implementation efforts related to activities focused on value-based solution to population health workforce shortages. Develop, disseminate, and update promotional outreach information for population health worker outreach activities. Facilitate and coordinate with statewide partners for continuing education (CE) program activities and logistics including but not limited to identifying and collaborating with subject matter experts on course content and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. Position Profile Designs, conducts, markets, and supports community educational programs. Researches community educational needs and interests and develops educational programs and material in line with community needs. Organizes educational workshops for University and local communities. Level Summary Performs professional-level work that involves basic, operational problem-solving. Independently resolves day-to-day issues and executes clearly defined tasks. Provides data analysis and informational insights to support decision-making. Supervisory Responsibilities None; may assist with training student employees. Fiscal Responsibilities No budgetary responsibility. May be responsible for validating transactions. Problem Solving Solves routine problems with defined processes and guidance. Independence of Action Works under close supervision. Communication and Collaboration Collaborates with peers and follows guidance from supervisor. Physical Requirements This role is primarily desk-based and involves extensive use of desktop computers. Occasionally, the job may require travel to attend meetings and programs. Minimum Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and less than 3 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
