Friendly and busy Oral Surgery practice in search of additional call center team member to field increased call volume due to continued growth! You should be pleasant, driven and excited about providing excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who are confident and hoping to grow their careers. Our practice has been serving patients for 45 years, and continues to set the standard in excellent care both from a clinical and customer service standpoint. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering incoming phone calls, scheduling procedures, insurance verification, patient check in and check out, chart preparation, scanning EMR's, responding to email and voicemail and more.
