Job Title : PACKING LEAD Job Description/Requirements · Assist shift supervisor in managing staff to meet productivity, quality and food safety · Act as the primary trainer for new hires in the packing area · Prepare machine for start of production · Understand production schedule so set up packing machines · Inspect and hand pack bags of chips into boxes in a fast environment/production line · Assemble boxes, apply stickers, pack cases according to customer specifications · Monitor seasoner and seasoning levels. · Document and log all required information accurately. · Maintain clean , organized work area Job Description/Requirements · Lifting carrying up to 50lbs frequently · * Bilingual (Spanish and English needed)* Job Site FULL address: WOMELDORF PA 19567 Shift/Hours : 7AM-7PM THURS-SUN Starting pay rate/yearly salary : $22.00/hour Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
