Growing Real Estate Investment Company is currently seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager, no experience needed in Property Management! Looking for a hard working, highly motivated and reliable individual to assist our Property Manager as we continue to grow our company. Great opportunity for a career minded individual as this position has the potential to move up with the company and change into a Property Manager overseeing several hundred properties. We are looking for outstanding customer service, a proven track record, a stable, long term employee willing to work hard for a competitive salary (does not need to be real estate). (Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus) Responsibilities: Show rental houses and apartments Inspect units upon move out and under the supervision of manager, determine what needs done to make the unit rent ready. Negotiate and coordinate with contractors to get the work completed within 72 hours. Add lock box Put up and remove signs Complete leases and supporting documents as requested Take pictures of new units and post on shared drive Assist in rent collection process Complete Market Survey on Regular basis Work and manage expenses in a budget Other duties as assigned Desired Qualifications: Excellent customer service Professional appearance and demeanor Outstanding people skills Outstanding communication skills Ability and desire to work in a team or independently Problem solving skills Flexibility and tolerance for change Computer proficiency in Microsoft products, leasing software and accounting knowledge, and ability to learn quickly No real estate experience required for the exceptional applicant Pre-Employment Drug & Criminal Background Check Required.
