Job Overview
Fourth Trimester Concierge Nursing is seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses with a background in NICU, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, or Postpartum Nursing to provide luxury overnight newborn care in the homes of families during the fourth trimester.
This is not traditional bedside nursing.
Our nurses provide expert newborn care, breastfeeding support, parent education, and reassurance while allowing exhausted parents to rest and recover. We bridge the gap between hospital discharge and confident parenting by delivering professional, compassionate, evidence-based support in the comfort of our clients' homes.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling. Nurses choose the shifts they wish to work.
Responsibilities
• Provide overnight newborn care in the family's home during scheduled overnight shifts.
• Perform comprehensive newborn wellness assessments while remaining within the nursing scope of practice.
• Support breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, paced bottle feeding, and newborn feeding education.
• Assist with swaddling, soothing techniques, safe sleep practices, diaper changes, and newborn comfort measures.
• Monitor infant feeding patterns, elimination, behavior, and overall transition during the newborn period.
• Educate parents on newborn care, normal newborn behaviors, and developmental expectations.
• Recognize concerning findings and appropriately refer families to their pediatrician or emergency services when indicated.
• Maintain accurate visit documentation and provide families with a detailed overnight summary before departure.
• Communicate professionally with the Fourth Trimester Concierge Nursing clinical leadership regarding client needs or concerns.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, compassion, and exceptional customer service.
QualificationsRequired
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, or Postpartum nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent clinical judgment
Preferred
• Pediatric experience
• Experience teaching new parents
• Experience caring for multiples
• Previous home health or concierge nursing experience helpful
