Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team. The position is located in an outpatient center in Wyomissing. The therapist will provide individualized treatment in a 1:1 setting for 30-minute sessions, with allocated documentation time to ensure quality care and compliance.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions to achieve patient goals.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
BLS certification.
Completion of PA fingerprinting requirements.
