Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee heavy civil and environmental construction projects supporting federal infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
-Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project completion
-Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment
-Ensure projects stay on schedule, within quality standards, and meet safety requirements
-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and government representatives
-Maintain daily reports and support project closeout
Annual salary is $85,000–$125,000/year DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is a direct-hire position with excellent career growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
-Experience as a Construction Superintendent in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
-OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 required
-Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
-Willingness to travel and work on federal job sites
-Ability to pass background checks for military installations
Preferred:
-Federal or Department of Defense project experience
-USACE CQM and/or 40-hour HAZWOPER certifications
-Experience with earthwork, utilities, environmental, or civil infrastructure projects
