Position Overview
This travel assignment is an opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care while gaining experience in a new clinical setting. Work with a healthcare team in Reading and expand your skills during this 13-week contract.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation servicesMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationSupport patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes
Qualifications
Active PA Physical Therapist licenseAt least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experienceBLS certification (AHA) if required by facilityStrong communication and patient care skillsAbility to adapt to new clinical environments
