Filler Operator Details: Contract to Hire position $21.50 /hour Second Shift (03:00pm to 03:30am) Monitor and operate bag filling equipment to ensure efficient production, proper product weights, accurate coding, and adherence to daily production schedules. Perform equipment inspections and verify cleanliness of production machinery prior to startup, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Handle production materials, including hydrogen peroxide drum changes, lot number tracking, and completion of required production documentation and records. Conduct Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures and support routine sanitation activities to maintain equipment performance and product integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine faults, promptly communicating equipment abnormalities to management and mechanical issues to maintenance personnel. Maintain a safe, organized work environment while ensuring product quality, coordinating shift-to-shift communication, and supporting continuous production operations.
